New Personal Logo

I've been working on this for some days. It's my new personal logo (see last one here [link]), since I wasn't convinced about the last one at all. I think what came out this time is a pretty better, bolder and more professional-looking result.

The square-shaped icon is divided into 5 equal rows and columns, forming the letters "P" and "A". The complete name below plus the base line has the same height as the "files" inside the icon, giving a "compact" feel to the complete logo.

When displayed on the multi-ink version, the shades give to the logo a 3D feel, yet it's still recognizable on the one-ink version.
